This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive sustainable and replicable growth for NAVY/NAVFAC accounts, with a focus on the Navy’s Pacific and Western Regions.
• Formulate and manage strategic initiatives, conduct market analysis, assess competitors, and devise resource allocation strategies.
• Create account plans, set opportunity targets, establish growth objectives, and define regional engagement goals.
• Oversee and support sales initiatives, pipeline management, bookings, and overall account performance.
• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline while ensuring capture plans for significant pursuits are in place.
• Assist in teaming arrangements and negotiations, collaborating closely with FBS and Marketing.
• Facilitate the approval of risk management, pricing strategies, proposal assessments, and federal compliance requirements.
• Take ownership of major proposals and oversee contract capacity and program manager effectiveness.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with NAVY/NAVFAC regions, engineering commands, and research and development centers.
• Coordinate inter-agency opportunities with Air Force and Army account managers.
• Supervise corrective measures and track recoveries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain FAR compliance, review CPAR reports and rebuttals, and evaluate contract performance and risk factors.
• Address organizational conflict of interest issues and act as an ombudsman.
• Communicate account status, objectives, metrics, and progress across various business lines and regions.
• Enhance the AECOM brand through professional activities, paper development, and fostering DOW team collaboration.
• Uphold HR requirements and negotiate performance goals for assigned staff.
• Develop and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual targets and promote program growth year over year.
• Advocate for AECOM Navy programs that deliver architecture, engineering, environmental, energy, construction management, and related technical services.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field aligned with AECOM’s business lines and the needs of NAVY/NAVFAC.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
• At least 4 years of leadership experience, or equivalent experience and/or education.
• US citizenship is required.
• Willingness to travel within CONUS and occasionally OCONUS.
• A Master’s or PhD degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (AIA) registration is highly desirable.
• Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain rank or higher is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of PFAS is highly desirable.
• Experience with Brooks Act procurement is highly desirable.
• Background in Energy Performance Services is highly desirable.
• Experience in waterfront design and construction is highly desirable.
• Experience in airfield design and construction is highly desirable.
