This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Propel sustainable and replicable account growth for the Navy/NAVFAC account, particularly in the Pacific and West Regions.

• Create and oversee strategic initiatives, account plans, opportunity targets, growth objectives, and client acquisition strategies.

• Recognize marketplace influencers, distribute growth resources, and perform competitor and SB/SDB analyses.

• Collaborate with AECOM Regional Business Lines, Business Line Leaders, Regional Engagement Teams, and senior executives.

• Track and support sales opportunities, portfolio quality, bookings, pipeline, and monthly forecasts.

• Review and update the Salesforce pipeline on a weekly basis, ensuring capture plans for significant pursuits.

• Assist with collaboration, negotiations, pricing, proposal evaluations, federal obligations, and major proposals.

• Oversee contract capacity, program manager effectiveness, subcontractor roles, and relationships.

• Lead and cultivate relationships with NAVY/NAVFAC regions, engineering commands, R&D centers, and other key clients.

• Coordinate cross-agency initiatives with Air Force and Army CAMs.

• Supervise corrective measures and monitor recoveries to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Ensure FAR compliance, participate on JV boards, and evaluate contract performance and risk.

• Review CPAR reports and rebuttals, maintaining regular communication with major program managers.

• Identify and address organizational conflict of interest challenges.

• Convey account status, objectives, metrics, and progress across business lines and leadership teams.

• Advocate for the AECOM brand, professional initiatives, paper development, and the DOW team.

• Uphold HR requirements and negotiate objectives for assigned personnel.

• Manage client relationships, market analysis, strategy, positioning, capture, and Navy/NAVFAC contracts throughout the Pacific operational area.

• Formulate and implement strategic and client account plans to meet annual goals and drive year-over-year program growth.

• Support Navy programs involving FMS, MILCON, SRM design, master planning, AE services, environmental services, energy performance services, construction management, and construction quality assurance.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines and NAVY/NAVFAC requirements.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.

• A minimum of 4 years of leadership experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel throughout CONUS and occasional OCONUS travel as necessitated by projects and opportunities.

• A master's or PhD degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable.

• Professional registration as an Engineer/Architect (PE or AIA) is highly desirable.

• Navy Civil Engineer Corps Captain rank or higher is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of PFAS is highly desirable.

• Experience with Brooks Act procurement is highly desirable.

• Experience in Energy Performance Services is highly desirable.

• Waterfront design and construction experience is highly desirable.

• Airfield design and construction experience is highly desirable.
