Client Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the overall Navy/NAVFAC CAM and the rest of the Department of War team.

• Drive sustainable and reproducible growth for the NAVY/NAVFAC Account, focusing on the Navy’s Pacific and West Regions.

• Develop opportunity targets based on current market conditions and strategies for client acquisition.

• Ensure that bookings and the pipeline are in alignment with monthly projections.

• Lead and manage key relationships with major clients, including NAVY/NAVFAC Regions, Engineering Commands, and Research & Development Centers.

• Maintain compliance with FAR and oversee the performance of contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.

• At least 4 years of leadership experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.

• Travel is required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS travel based on project and opportunity needs.

• US citizenship is mandatory.
