This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as a representative for ASI products and services, leveraging industry research alongside an extensive understanding of our solutions to address the needs of client organizations.
• Forge strong business relationships with client executives and their teams by grasping business objectives, pinpointing opportunities within their operations, and assisting them in strategizing to meet those goals through the sale and referral of all ASI services and solutions, such as iMIS, TopClass, OpenWater, and Clowder, utilizing sound and logical reasoning that emphasizes client benefits to validate the investment.
• Maintain consistent communication with all assigned clients, primarily via phone; larger clients may necessitate more in-depth, face-to-face interactions, including at least one annual meeting to discuss plans and strategies with senior management.
• Prepare and facilitate executive business reviews and check-ins, incorporating value realization into these conversations and aligning with client KPIs while aiding in KPI reporting.
• Assess client product adoption and usage, gathering client data and feedback to monitor and evaluate client health.
• Handle new or challenging client situations as part of effective account management, identifying emerging client issues and proactively sourcing resources and coordinating referrals within the ASI organization to address matters promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and successfully implement a client renewal strategy, manage the renewal process, and coordinate renewals both internally and externally to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Achieve established goals and objectives for combined client revenues/gross margins (including software updates, licenses, hosting, and services) for assigned clients, adhering to the Client Sales Procedures.
• Identify, qualify, and oversee a pipeline of expansion opportunities.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with personnel across all ASI divisions worldwide, as appropriate.
• Assist other ASI Client Account Managers in their responsibilities as needed, particularly during periods of personal or annual leave.
• Perform additional job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned periodically.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within a comparable industry, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding established targets (preferred).
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant ASI software products and services, including the ability to recognize the business benefits of each.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven expertise with sales management software and CRM platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for balancing persuasion and professionalism.
• Capable of leading and delivering outstanding client sales.
• Proactive, organized, and motivated to achieve both personal and team business outcomes.
