This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 30–50+ client accounts.
• Facilitate client support and strategy discussions.
• Manage projects, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
• Assist in the creation and management of marketing funnels and automation processes.
• Recognize and propose upselling opportunities when suitable.
• Interact with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
