Client Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for 30–50+ client accounts.

• Facilitate client support and strategic discussions through calls.

• Supervise project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.

• Assist in the development and management of marketing funnels and automation processes.

• Identify and suggest upselling opportunities when suitable.

• Engage with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams using Slack.
