This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the account strategy, delivery, and growth for a significant strategic account, implementing long-term growth initiatives that align with client objectives and phData's capabilities.
• Act as the primary account leader responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining delivery quality, and managing executive relationships.
• Convert client business goals into strategic initiatives that encompass data platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI in collaboration with engineering and machine learning teams.
• Assist clients in addressing key priorities such as customer intelligence, demand forecasting, personalization, loyalty analytics, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure that engagements are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners from Go-to-Market, Delivery, Finance, and Partner teams to ensure alignment on account health and future opportunities.
• Provide strategic direction during executive meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and roadmap discussions, establishing phData as a trusted advisor to both business and technology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners such as Snowflake, AWS, and Anthropic to enhance value for the client.
• Guide team members and promote a culture of learning, feedback, and ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, account planning frameworks, and replicable strategies for achieving AI & Data outcomes in Retail, CPG, and Hospitality sectors.
• Share best practices and client insights to enhance phData's engagement model and delivery excellence.
• Over 10 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing roles with direct responsibility for strategic account growth and executive engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and enhancing relationships within Retail, CPG, and/or Hospitality accounts at the enterprise level.
• Domain expertise in Retail, CPG, and/or Hospitality, with the capability to link client challenges to AI & Data solutions.
• Experience working with data engineering, analytics, and machine learning teams to oversee the delivery of modern data platforms, pipelines, and AI solutions.
• Strong executive communication skills and presence, with a background in leading QBRs, workshops, and strategic roadmap discussions.
• Ability to structure complex issues and drive them to resolution within a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with CxO-level executives and influence strategic decisions across business and technology stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client requirements.
