This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the skills of a team comprising 5–8 Account Managers, establishing benchmarks for client interaction, campaign excellence, and ROI outcomes.
• Foster the development of your team into more proficient operators, enhancing their capabilities, and being the go-to person during challenging situations.
• Cultivate a workplace culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and ongoing enhancement.
• Conduct kickoff meetings for new clients, set clear expectations, align on budgets, and lay out the strategic foundation along with ROI metrics for the partnership.
• Collaborate with the ads team to transform that strategy into an actionable campaign plan, confidently presenting it to the client.
• Serve as the senior voice clients hear during critical moments in the partnership, maintaining close involvement with strategy as the engagement progresses.
• Manage the client experience across your portfolio; every client should observe clear, tangible ROI and a strong rationale for continued growth with us.
• Monitor account health and proactively address issues by translating data and client feedback into strategic adjustments.
• Identify trends within your team and drive enhancements in how results are delivered, rather than mere one-time fixes.
• Guide your team in utilizing our complete AI tool suite to produce high-quality work at a speed unmatched by traditional agencies.
• Ensure the quality standard for AI-assisted assets, copy, and reporting before they are presented to clients.
• Stay ahead of advancements in AI, introducing new applications and workflows to the team as tools evolve.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Wishpond's service model, processes, and standards.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client strategy, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior individual-contributor capacity; experience in an SMB-focused agency or SaaS setting is a significant advantage.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing and the SMB landscape, knowing what drives success for small and mid-sized enterprises.
• Experience in developing or refining onboarding and client success frameworks.
• A collaborative and highly effective communicator, comfortable and credible when engaging with both clients and your team.
• Proven track record in delivering ROI and nurturing and expanding client relationships.
• Experience leading high-stakes client discussions, including kickoffs, budget negotiations, and strategic planning.
• Strong coaching abilities and a genuine passion for developing talent.
• Comfortable working with a comprehensive AI tool suite and capable of quickly learning new tools.
• Strong coaching instincts — you elevate the performance of those around you.
• Authentic fluency with AI tools and a proactive mindset regarding industry trends.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and take ownership of results.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Technical, analytical, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, administratively proficient, and possess solid writing, phone, and communication skills.
• Background in paid media, SEO, email marketing, or comprehensive campaign strategy.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is an asset, but not a requirement.
• Fluent in English; the majority of our clients are located in the US and Canada.
