Client Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Propel sustainable and replicable growth for the DOD Army Team's accounts.

• Identify opportunity targets in alignment with market dynamics and client acquisition strategies.

• Collaborate with Business Line Leaders to establish goals.

• Create and sustain a pipeline of opportunities.

• Oversee and support Program/Project opportunities.

• Cultivate and manage essential relationships with all major clients.

• Ensure collaboration with FBS & Marketing for optimal support.

• Maintain awareness of contract performance status.

• Report to the Account Directors for the National Government’s Business Lines within DCS Americas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related fields.

• Over 15 years of experience collaborating with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering initiatives.

• More than 6 years in a leadership capacity.

• Willingness to travel within CONUS and occasionally OCONUS.

• US citizenship is mandatory.

• Profound understanding of consultative selling techniques.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficient negotiation skills.

• Expertise in managing projects for intricate, multi-country, multi-business unit agreements.

• Familiarity with and/or eagerness to swiftly learn and adapt to AECOM's complete portfolio.

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.
