Client Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Propel sustainable and reproducible Account growth for the DOD Army Team within National Governments.

• Identify opportunity targets based on market dynamics and client acquisition strategies.

• Oversee and support Program/Project opportunities.

• Cultivate and manage essential relationships with all major clients.

• Maintain awareness of contract performance and enhance cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with AECOM team members across all Business Lines and operational regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related fields that align with AECOM’s Business Lines.

• Over 15 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including more than 6 years in a leadership capacity.

• Travel is required throughout CONUS and occasionally OCONUS.

• US citizenship is mandatory.
