This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Foster the development and upkeep of robust client relationships

• Serve as a primary contact for non-technical inquiries from clients

• Assist in conducting account review meetings

• Ensure accurate maintenance of client records

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance

• Aid in the procurement of hardware

• Coordinate with suppliers and distributors

• Organize courier shipments

• Collaborate with various internal departments

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the organization’s technology services

• Minimum of 3 years of experience

• Strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

• Solid commercial awareness

• Proactive and self-driven

• Proficient in IT usage

• Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
