This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee specialized cleaning operations in healthcare facilities across the country.
• Design and implement cleaning programs for healthcare kitchens.
• Establish standardized cleaning procedures for kitchens, floors, walls, ceilings, and specialized equipment.
• Train, coach, and mentor the Cleaning Detail Team (CDT) personnel.
• Perform staff evaluations and handle scheduling and performance management.
• Collaborate with Executive Chefs and facility leadership.
• Create cleaning tools, training materials, and best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare environmental services, healthcare food service, or hospital cleaning operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare cleaning standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving skills.
