Class 3 Driver – Boom Truck Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Operate a Class 3 vehicle and boom truck safely to transport equipment for commercial loading docks and industrial doors.

• Load, unload, and position materials and equipment at customer job sites utilizing a crane or boom truck.

• Ensure loads are secured and comply with relevant transportation regulations.

• Deliver goods to construction sites, commercial facilities, warehouses, and industrial locations.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

• Complete delivery paperwork, inspection reports, and driver logs accurately.

• Collaborate with installation and service teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and site-specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license.

• Proven experience in operating a boom truck, knuckle boom crane, HIAB system, or mobile crane.

• A strong driving record.

• Commitment to occupational health and safety standards.

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or construction environments.

• Capability to lift heavy loads and work outdoors under various weather conditions.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.

• Active CCQ card is preferred.

• Boom truck operator certification is preferred.

• Forklift certification is preferred.

• Experience with rigging and load securement is preferred.

• Background in delivering construction materials, steel, loading dock equipment, industrial doors, or similar products is preferred.

• Proficient in English for occasional communication with customers, suppliers, and business partners outside of Quebec.
