Claims Operations Manager – Personal Injury, Liability Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proficient management of personal injury claims in the domains of private liability, animal owner liability, and motor third-party liability insurance.

• Ensuring exceptional claims management and compliance with, as well as oversight of, service-level agreements.

• Conducting coverage and liability assessments.

• Recognizing opportunities for subrogation and recourse.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training in insurance or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in claims management within an insurance company.

• Fundamental legal knowledge.

• Strong, forward-thinking process orientation, particularly regarding process digitization.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.

• A collaborative and solution-focused working approach.

• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken.
