Claims Operations Manager – Motor Vehicles, Fleets, Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proficient management of property and personal injury claims, along with financial losses in the realm of commercial motor insurance.

• Ensuring exemplary claims handling and adherence to, as well as oversight of, Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Evaluation of coverage and liability.

• Strategic engagement of service providers.

• Identifying potential subrogation and recovery opportunities.

• Professional written and verbal communication with our B2B clients.

• Completed vocational training in insurance or a similar qualification.

• Relevant professional background in claims management within the specified insurance areas.

• Strong, proactive process-oriented mindset with a keen focus on the digitalization of processes.

• Excellent communication skills.

• High levels of commitment and initiative.

• Team-oriented and solution-focused working approach.

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written.

• Experience with special-purpose vehicles and transport damage is a plus.
