Claims Operations Manager – Motor Vehicle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proficient management of property and/or bodily injury claims within the motor insurance field.

• Guaranteeing superior claim handling while ensuring adherence to, and management of, service level agreements (SLAs).

• Evaluating coverage and liability aspects.

• Strategic engagement with service providers and third-party vendors.

• Recognizing opportunities for subrogation and recovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in insurance or a comparable qualification.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in claims management within an insurance organization.

• Strong, proactive process-oriented mindset, particularly with an emphasis on digitalizing processes.

• Excellent communication skills.

• High level of commitment and a strong initiative.

• Collaborative and solution-focused working approach.

• Proficient German language skills, both written and verbal.
