Claims Operations Manager – Liability Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Professional management of property damage claims within liability insurance (private liability / pet owner liability) with autonomous decision-making authority.

• Guaranteeing high-caliber processing of our claims while adhering to and overseeing service level agreements.

• Evaluating coverage and liability aspects.

• Discovering subrogation and recourse opportunities.

• Completed training in insurance or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in claims management at an insurance firm.

• Basic understanding of legal principles.

• Strong, forward-thinking process orientation, particularly emphasizing the digitization of workflows.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A commitment to work and a high degree of self-initiative.

• A collaborative and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Proficient German language skills, both in writing and speaking.
