Claims Examiner – Recovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Evaluates and processes intricate claims, dealing with high exposure cases that involve litigation, while ensuring that ongoing claims adhere to service expectations, industry best practices, and specific client service needs.

• Recognizes and actively seeks potential third-party subrogation recoveries linked to the most significant exposure and complexity claims across various jurisdictions.

• Oversees high-exposure, complex claims that span multiple jurisdictions, concentrating on identifying and pursuing third-party subrogation possibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is preferred.

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in handling multi-jurisdictional liability claims (including general liability, auto liability, and products), subrogation, and/or workers' compensation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
