This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, brokers, and account executives.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Investigate customer grievances and provide prompt resolutions.
• Foster relationships with clients and actively listen to enhance value.
• Collaborate with contacts from the Medical Provider Network.
• Engage in marketing efforts to attract potential business.
• Compile customer care reports and analyze the results.
• A bachelor's degree is required in Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in claims or a related insurance field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Advanced understanding of Workers’ Compensation Claims.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
