Civil/Mechanical Manager – 100% Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for coordinating planning efforts for contractors and craft activities on a utility-scale solar project.

• Foster and strengthen relationships by delivering exceptional service.

• Jointly create site-specific inspection and testing reports.

• Ensure that all records mandated by the Quality Management system are maintained properly.

• Evaluate mechanical job specifications, drawings, and submittals.

• Conduct daily inspections of ongoing work.

• Witness mechanical benchmarks as stipulated by the contract.

• Monitor workers operating tools to confirm adherence to quality assurance standards in maintenance and operation.

• Suggest improvements to operational methods, material handling processes, and equipment arrangements.

• Assist in the resolution of any mechanical issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.

• Valid driver's license.

• Familiarity with BIM360, Procore, or similar project management software is advantageous.

• Experience with document management systems such as Bluebeam and Adobe.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and developing/implementing inspection templates.
