Civil/Consumer Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Composing legal pleadings and briefs across varying complexities: low, medium, and high.

• Overseeing deadlines and court hearings.

• Maintaining and updating legal case management systems.

• Creating reports and conducting case analyses for risk classification and provisioning.

• Engaging in mediation processes.

• Occasionally representing at hearings.

• Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team within a comprehensive law firm.

• Utilizing a proprietary technology platform to manage legal portfolios, corporate data, and documents, perform risk assessments, facilitate decision-making, and enhance strategic business management.

• Completed law degree.

• Active OAB registration.

• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and consumer law.

• Experience with updating the internal case management system.

• Capability to analyze cases and draft technical legal opinions.
