This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a civil litigation attorney specializing in banking consumer issues

• Examine and oversee legal publications and notifications

• Manage and prepare procedural deadlines effectively

• Update and sustain legal systems

• Observe court proceedings closely

• Monitor performance metrics

• Generate procedural reports

• Oversee new cases and manage case closures

• Review and revise reports as necessary

• Completed law degree

• Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
