Civil Lawyer, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Managing civil litigation cases of medium to high complexity;

• Composing court documents, legal opinions, and technical memoranda;

• Participating in hearings and delivering oral arguments;

• Overseeing case progress and managing deadlines;

• Practicing in trial and appellate courts;

• Providing client service and managing relationships;

• Taking part in strategic meetings;

• Coordinating and mentoring the legal team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and active OAB/DF registration;

• Postgraduate qualification in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and/or Business Law is advantageous;

• Extensive senior-level experience in civil law, including handling complex negotiations and strategic conflict management, especially before higher courts (STJ and STF);

• Having a personal client portfolio is a plus;

• Knowledge of digital tools, artificial intelligence, and legal marketing is beneficial;

• Experience using AdvBox legal software is an advantage;

• Strong leadership abilities to coordinate teams and projects;

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
