This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and narrate authentic civil engineering and architectural projects using a Mac

• Develop high-quality training data for sophisticated AI models

• Navigate real design and drafting processes

• Articulate design decisions while performing tasks

• Submit a resume and engage in a 3-minute conversation with an AI interviewer

• Complete a short paid assessment

• Commit approximately 10–20 hours per week as an independent contractor

• Start immediately if desired

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in civil engineering or architecture, or currently enrolled in a postgraduate program in civil engineering or architecture

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

• Must possess a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or later

• Proficiency in Mac-compatible software such as AutoCAD for Mac, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, or Rhino

• Experience in structural, site, or building design is advantageous

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or possess 2–3 years of relevant experience alongside a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution

• Capable of clearly explaining design decisions while working

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Must be able to operate as an independent contractor
