Civil Engineering Recruiter – Temporary Position

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing the complete recruitment cycle for both temporary and permanent roles.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to pinpoint immediate hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Facilitate communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring clarity and setting expectations.

• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Support the onboarding process for new employees as required.

• Aid in establishing and sustaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Conduct research on job market trends to uncover potential sourcing strategies.

• Assist in organizing recruitment-related events and career fairs.

• Execute additional administrative tasks related to recruitment as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate full cycle recruitment is required.

• Familiarity with ATS systems; experience with Workable is a plus.

• Previous experience in the AEC industry is essential.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Ability to connect with candidates and establish rapport swiftly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to various office locations.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear, and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, and occasionally lift, pull/push, and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations.

• Work Conditions: Exposure to consistent or intermittent sounds at a low to moderate level typical of an office environment. Experience in a high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Travel to other BKF locations and client sites may be necessary.

• The typical base salary range for this position is $30.00-$40.00 per hour, contingent upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
