This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparing court pleadings and procedural documents that range from medium to high complexity;

• Conducting case reviews for risk evaluation and provisioning;

• Updating and managing internal legal management systems;

• Assisting in the management of deadlines and hearings (on occasion);

• Engaging with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law;

• Proven experience with legal case management systems;

• Strong analytical abilities for case evaluation and drafting legal opinions;

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• A strategic mindset, resilience, and proactivity are highly regarded.
