CIAM Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on customer-focused CIAM initiatives with architects and fellow consultants.

• Provide and finalize top-tier CIAM solutions for corporate clients.

• Ensure that implementation of changes meets or surpasses client expectations.

• Assess customer requirements and convert them into solutions that align with strategic goals.

• Engage with client-side architects, developers, business users, and various stakeholders.

• Coordinate with external vendors, including engineers responsible for developing customer portals.

• Concentrate on CIAM workflows and integrations while offering UX/UI insights.

• Adopt a security-first approach to all CIAM solutions.

• Facilitate discussions with client-side representatives, including senior management.

• Break down complex use cases into straightforward narratives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in CIAM, IAM, e-tail Checkout, or customer journey mapping.

• Knowledge of some of the following: OWASP, OSI, XML, JSON, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Java, Python, Bash, Linux, Docker, SQL, Kubernetes, AWS, ArchiMate, Node, HTML/CSS/CSP, and JavaScript.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Capability to lead successful discussions with client-side counterparts, including senior management.

• Demonstrated ability to convert complex use cases into clear narratives.

• Security-first perspective.

• Understanding of CIAM and API concepts.

• Ambitious junior candidates may be considered; experienced consultants are particularly encouraged to apply.
