This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Provide consistent and high-quality program delivery for active cohorts in both countries by enhancing instructional practices, coaching routines, and establishing structured learning loops.
• Offer practical support to C&I leads and ICs during active program implementation, addressing instructional quality gaps through problem-solving, structured feedback, and follow-up.
• Maintain a weekly coaching schedule with the Kenya C&I team and another weekly schedule with Ghana.
• Facilitate quarterly L&T Stepbacks for all consolidated programs (target: end of Q2 for both countries), utilizing TORSH data and dashboard insights.
• Conduct end-of-program stepbacks for pilots and TSP-delivered programs upon their conclusion.
• Enhance IC capacity to access, interpret, and utilize updated TORSH reports (revised Q4 2025) for coaching and quality assurance.
• Ensure that data from TORSH cycles, stepbacks, and observations is documented and translated into actionable follow-up tasks by the local C&I team.
• Assist with launch readiness and early implementation of priority programs, including AI pilots and DM v4, across both countries, ensuring stakeholder alignment and thorough documentation throughout.
• Oversee the pipeline of potential programs in both countries and collaborate with the Product Team to facilitate adoption discussions.
• Organize and schedule TTT and CBA upskilling/refresh for DM instructors and C&I team members before each country launch in April.
• Monitor readiness actions, responsible parties, and dependencies; identify risks early (April-May).
• Support alignment with the Product team regarding mid and end-of-program curriculum revisions and focus groups as necessary.
• Coordinate essential meetings and follow-ups during the initial delivery of AI pilots.
• Provide targeted, time-sensitive support for Ghana's key non-BAU initiatives, including TSP model setup, significant experiments, and preparation for program expansion.
• Advise on and assist with the TSP C&I delivery model setup, which includes instructor selection (April), onboarding (May), and structured coaching support during delivery (June–September) across 1 DM and 2 DCS cohorts.
• Aid in the design, implementation, and learning synthesis of the DA Upskilling experiment, ensuring stakeholder alignment and data collection throughout (April–September, launch June 14).
• Maintain alignment, visibility, and documentation across teams and workstreams throughout the secondment.
• A minimum of 4 hours of overlap with the working hours of Ghana (GMT) and Kenya (EAT/UTC+3).
• Over 5 years of experience in instructor training and professional development, particularly focusing on adult learning.
• Proven experience in program delivery, instructional quality, and coaching.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to navigate advisory and execution roles in ambiguous settings.
• Excellent systems thinking and capability to operationalize processes.
• Clear and structured communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with TORSH or similar instructional observation systems.
• Familiarity with TSP / partner delivery models.
• Mastery of adult learning principles and experience in designing instructional materials for adult learners (aged 18 and above).
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and workflows within tight timelines.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, ideally with global actors having diverse needs.
• Proven success in building and managing collaborative relationships.
