• Design, create, and review (or oversee external contractors in the creation of) curriculum materials, including session guides, assessments, labs, and skills application activities for both online and in-person learning environments.
• Develop outstanding learning experiences in virtual platforms, such as a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate on a project plan for developing new curriculum or revising existing materials alongside a Curriculum & Instruction (C&I) Lead.
• Design, create, and/or review (or supervise external contracts in the development of) online courses for instructor onboarding to familiarize educators with curricular materials, tailored to instructor, program, and country requirements as necessary.
• Track and report progress independently in accordance with the established plan.
• Engage in curriculum team initiatives as needed to enhance curriculum development processes, such as documenting best practices, advancing e-learning capabilities, and updating universal sessions.
• Assist the Global C&I Lead in the recruitment of contract designers, if required.
• Manage communication and stakeholder relationships concerning project completion, collaborating with the C&I Lead, contract designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), technical vendors, employers, and/or delivery partners.
• Establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders related to project completion by understanding their needs, advocating for the curriculum team’s priorities, and addressing inquiries.
• Facilitate program adoption and implementation, including overseeing the affiliate online customization process (supporting LMS adjustments, local scheduling, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, and more) to ensure timely completion of instructor courses.
• Over 3 years of experience in curriculum development for adult learners (ages 18+), preferably with a focus on vocational education and workforce skills development.
• 1-2 years of experience managing curriculum development projects.
• The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of best practices and contemporary trends in adult learning, and/or have experience with online and blended learning programs.
• A graduate degree in any discipline with a strong academic record.
• Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable (Hindi, Tamil, Marathi preferred).
• Strong proficiency in online design, particularly with Canvas (LMS), is highly preferred.
