• Play a pivotal role in propelling national growth by cultivating and nurturing partnerships with churches throughout the North of England.

• Be at the forefront of establishing new relationships with potential early-stage partners.

• Motivate churches to actively engage with our mission.

• Provide support to partners throughout the pipeline and contribute to the creation of a diverse and flourishing network of partnerships.


⛳️ Requirements

• A practicing Christian who is passionate about embodying the values and beliefs of Spear, along with our mission to equip and support young individuals facing employment barriers.

• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to make impactful decisions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, adept at quickly gaining trust and confidence, while also networking, influencing, and negotiating with church leaders and various audiences, both internally and externally.

• A solid understanding of the needs and operations of churches and their leaders, along with the ability to innovate, develop our growth strategy, and forge new partnerships.

• An excellent communicator, proficient in both written and verbal forms.

• Highly proactive and a self-starter, capable of adapting flexibly in a dynamic environment and responding to the support needs of each partner.

• Strong organizational skills, including the capability to establish appropriate processes and structures while managing multiple priorities to meet targets and deadlines.

• Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to work with and interpret impact data, fundraising pipelines, and basic financial information.

• Competence in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in or ability to utilize databases.
