Church Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Increase the number of child sponsorships in your assigned area through churches and local events.

• Collaborate effectively with Compassion UK to achieve set objectives.

• Actively uphold and promote the Christian ethos and values of Compassion UK.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent networking abilities, demonstrated through the capacity to establish meaningful relationships in church and Christian event environments.

• Profound understanding of church leadership, with a compassionate approach towards the Church and its leaders.

• Strong public speaking skills, including experience in delivering speeches or sermons in church settings.

• Experience in sales or fundraising, with a proven history of lead generation, relationship management, and meeting acquisition goals.

• Self-driven with effective time management skills, capable of working independently and managing a diverse workload efficiently.

• Strong administrative and IT capabilities, with proficiency in English and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office.

• A personal commitment to the Christian faith, as the role requires the holder to be an active Christian, supporting Compassion’s ethos and assisting others in exploring and expressing the faith-based motivations behind our work.

• A valid driving license and access to a car for work-related purposes (mileage expenses will be reimbursed).

• Home-based position within the Republic of Ireland, involving frequent travel within the country and occasional international travel.

• Full-time commitment of 35 hours per week with a flexible working schedule, including approximately 24 weekend activities each year.
