This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to create, enhance, and fortify HCO's Faith-Based Counseling Program.
• Establish a structured framework that incorporates Christian values into evidence-based behavioral health treatment.
• Formulate documentation standards that ensure appropriate recording of faith-based interventions.
• Design and deliver training sessions covering essential topics.
• Aid in developing guidance for merging evidence-based practices with Christian counseling principles.
• Assist in defining levels of faith integration in accordance with client preferences and informed consent.
• Create resources such as training curricula, staff manuals, clinical reference guides, and recommendations for best practices.
• Background in Christian Counseling.
• Licensed mental health practitioner.
• Experience in clinical supervision, education, or training.
• Development of behavioral health programs.
• Proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Knowledge of ethics in behavioral health practice.
• Competence in clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with insurance-compliant documentation.
• Experience in training adult learners.
• Skills in policy and procedure formulation.
• Preference for candidates with experience in developing faith-based behavioral health programs or teaching Christian counseling at the graduate or professional level.
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and project scope.
• Compensation may be structured as: Hourly consulting.
• Daily consulting rate.
• Fixed project fee.
• Fee for training or workshops.
