Child & Family Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to children, teenagers, families, and young adults.

• Perform clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning utilizing the Care Dashboard.

• Oversee a caseload that aligns with the therapist’s lifestyle, requiring a minimum of 5 hours per week.

• Focus on low-acuity cases related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Optionally facilitate the transition of existing private clients to the Emora platform.

• Deliver virtual therapy through the use of interactive digital games and AI-assisted documentation.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director for case consultations and crisis intervention support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active associate clinical license for Arizona: LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Strong understanding of CBT and evidence-based practices implemented via telehealth.

• Proficient in using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Fluency in Spanish is a considerable advantage.

• Capable of providing telehealth services to clients aged 4 and above.

• Commitment to a minimum caseload of 5 hours per week.
