Child and Adolescent Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 4–30.

• Perform clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through a cohesive digital dashboard.

• Maintain a caseload that suits your lifestyle, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours weekly.

• Focus on low-acuity cases, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Optionally transition existing private clients to the platform, benefiting from an enhanced compensation rate.

• Deliver care utilizing Emora Health’s interactive therapy games, activities, AI scribe, and digital resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active, independent clinical license in Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Strong background in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered through telehealth.

• Proficient in using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Experience providing online 1:1 clinical therapy.

• Associates working under supervision are encouraged to apply using the dedicated Intern Application.

• Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
