Child and Adolescent Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 4–30.

• Perform clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through a comprehensive digital dashboard.

• Oversee a caseload that aligns with the clinician’s lifestyle, requiring a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week.

• Specialize in low-acuity cases related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

• Optionally migrate existing private clients to the platform for enhanced compensation rates.

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy utilizing clinical independence and digital resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.

• Have 2+ years of experience focusing on children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Maintain a strong background in CBT and evidence-based practices provided through telehealth.

• Be comfortable utilizing virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Ensure a minimum availability of 5 hours per week.

• Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

• Associates practicing under supervision should submit their applications via the dedicated Intern Application.
