📋 Description

• Lead the scientific direction of Bio's portfolio.

• Evaluate projects being launched on Bio Protocol, ensuring a clear overview of the strongest and most promising initiatives.

• Convert AI-generated outputs into scientifically validated results.

• Collaborate closely with Bio's AI team to transition AI-derived hypotheses into experimental validation.

• Design and supervise the processes that transform computational insights into tangible, testable scientific outcomes.

• Develop scalable methodologies to evaluate scientific credibility, risk, and potential across various projects.

• Create and implement a strategy aimed at integrating world-class researchers into Bio's ecosystem.

• Act as the representative of Bio's scientific integrity in external engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust scientific background (PhD or equivalent experience) complemented by practical experience beyond academia.

• Significant familiarity with the drug development and approval processes.

• Proven track record in senior scientific leadership, preferably with portfolio-level experience.

• Clear understanding of the realities of drug development, regulatory risks, and translational hurdles.

• History of attracting, advising, or leading scientific teams and researchers.

• Ability to work at a strategic level while remaining engaged with scientific details.

• Enthusiasm for AI-driven methodologies in scientific endeavors.
