• Comprehensive understanding of the Sales Function and the responsibilities of the CSO/CRO/CGO/CCO.
• Background in leadership, enablement, operations management, compensation, strategy, and trends.
• Experience managing a revenue base of at least $1 billion and overseeing a team of at least 500 individuals.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master's preferred).
