This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Guide the organization through its forthcoming scaling phase, elevating revenue from the mid-teens (8-figure ARR) to over €50M.
• Take ownership and enhance RevOps capabilities (forecasting, pipeline visibility, performance management) to foster predictability and accountability.
• Introduce structure and clarity to a multi-market, hybrid SaaS and services commercial model.
• Develop a unified commercial engine that integrates Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Customer Success.
• Balance the agility required for scaling with the advantages of group leverage.
• Demonstrated history of successfully scaling a European B2B SaaS business from approximately €10M to at least €30M ARR, establishing predictable and repeatable revenue models.
• Experience in managing a hybrid go-to-market strategy that incorporates both SaaS and services/implementation elements.
• Proven success in building and leading senior sales teams across four or more European markets, with integrated local country leadership.
• Experience in taking ownership or playing a significant role in the commercial integration post-acquisition.
• Background in regulatory, compliance, or legal-tech sectors is a significant advantage.
