📋 Description

• Guide the long-term excellence and growth of CollegeSpring's program, ensuring it consistently enhances student impact while adapting to the changing needs of educators, partners, and the educational landscape.

• Establish the long-term vision and strategic direction for CollegeSpring's instructional framework, program offerings, curriculum, and technology ecosystem.

• Continuously enhance the quality, innovation, effectiveness, and scalability of CollegeSpring's instructional framework and program offerings to improve student outcomes.

• Identify and spearhead strategic innovations, including new curricula, services, instructional methodologies, and the thoughtful integration of AI and emerging technologies that broaden CollegeSpring's impact and position the organization to serve significantly more students over time.

• Provide executive leadership that aligns strategy, personnel, investments, and organizational priorities to optimize student impact.

• Participate as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, influencing organizational priorities, investment decisions, resource allocation, and long-term planning.

• Integrate data, program outcomes, feedback from educators and partners, operational realities, financial considerations, and emerging trends to assess opportunities, balance competing priorities, and make strategic decisions that maximize long-term student impact.

• Lead and develop a national program organization of Directors and program leaders, enhancing the organizational capacity necessary to scale CollegeSpring's impact while preserving program quality and student outcomes.

• Advocate for CollegeSpring's mission, values, and commitment to educational equity, ensuring every strategic decision promotes measurable student outcomes.

• Foster relationships with school systems, nonprofit organizations, funders, higher education institutions, state agencies, and strategic partners that further the mission.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden CollegeSpring's reach through new markets, program offerings, funding avenues, and strategic partnerships.

• Represent CollegeSpring nationally through thought leadership, speaking engagements, publications, and participation in education networks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Policy, Public Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

• Over 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in education, education nonprofits, edtech, or a related field.

• Proven executive program leadership with a track record of developing long-term program strategy, driving innovation, and leading the transformation of educational programs that enhance student outcomes.

• Experience in strategic partnerships, building executive-level relationships with school systems, nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, funders, and other key stakeholders that promote organizational growth and mission.

• Instructional expertise with a profound understanding of curriculum, assessment, educator capacity building, and evidence-based instructional practices that elevate student achievement.

• Visionary leadership with a successful history of identifying emerging trends, converting ideas into strategies, and guiding organizations through growth, innovation, and change.

• Commitment to leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging innovations to enhance educator effectiveness, program quality, operational efficiency, and student outcomes.

• Exceptional executive communication and influence capabilities, including outstanding presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with experience engaging boards, executive leaders, funders, and national audiences.

• Strong dedication to educational equity and a belief that all students can achieve high levels, accompanied by a passion for expanding opportunities through innovative, high-quality educational programs.
