This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Oversee and enhance Eskimi’s comprehensive global product offerings, including DSP, SSP, DOOH, DeepContext AI, Retail Media, and Advertising OS.
• Determine investment strategies, acceleration opportunities, partnerships, or discontinuations within the product portfolio.
• Propel product commercialization, user adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
• Establish target customer profiles, positioning, pricing, distribution, and launch strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Interact with agencies, advertisers, and publishers in international markets.
• Negotiate pivotal global and regional partnerships concerning data, technology, and inventory.
• Guide the product vision, architecture, integrations, and commercialization of Eskimi’s unified Advertising OS.
• Mentor, equip, and empower unconventional builders in AdOps, Sales, and Data to develop AI-assisted prototypes.
• Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing product team.
• Extensive experience in digital advertising technology, including DSPs, SSPs, programmatic advertising, DOOH, CTV, Retail Media, or contextual advertising.
• Demonstrated success in aligning product development with sales execution, marketing strategies, customer engagement, and revenue enhancement.
• Strong technical skills and a builder mindset, capable of hands-on prototyping and utilizing modern AI development tools.
• Experience in identifying, pursuing, and negotiating intricate technology, inventory, or data partnerships.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a quarterly basis.
• Experience managing remote teams is considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English is essential as the primary working language.
