This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage recruitment, human resources, employee engagement, performance evaluation, compensation, and professional growth initiatives.
• Spearhead a technology-driven overhaul of the People function.
• Assess and enhance current systems and processes.
• Develop a systematic and scalable framework for the People function.
• Enhance employee experience and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
• Stay informed about and ensure adherence to all applicable employment regulations.
• Over 15 years of experience in People, Talent, or HR leadership positions.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing and scaling People functions.
• Experience working at or closely with executive-level management.
• Strong expertise in various aspects of People management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation, and organizational design.
