Chief Operating Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Transform the founder's vision into a practical and actionable strategy.

• Manage the company's operations on a weekly basis.

• Ensure that every leader is accountable for their performance metrics.

• Advocate for and promote the company culture.

• Oversee the restructuring of operations, processes, and the leadership team.

• Direct division heads in areas such as service delivery, client acquisition and growth, account management, AI systems and product development, and finance.

• Report directly to the founder.

• Function as the company's EOS Integrator.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have led a team or division of approximately 15 or more individuals, including managers.

• Should have managed a P&L, budget, or delivery metrics, and be able to articulate before-and-after outcomes.

• Experience in removing or relocating a leader from their position is required.

• Ability to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern time, Monday through Friday, without holding a second job.

• For LATAM candidates: English proficiency at C2 level, with verification (EF SET 71+, Cambridge C2 Proficiency, or IELTS 8.5+).

• Must not currently own an agency with active clients.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Strong advantage: Experience in running EOS (Integrator role) or a similar operational framework.

• Strong advantage: Familiarity with agency work in SEO, web development, paid media, or healthcare marketing.

• Strong advantage: Background in medical, dental, or aesthetics practices.

• Strong advantage: Experience managing remote teams across multiple countries.

• Strong advantage: Experience with agency acquisition processes or preparing a company for sale.

• Strong advantage: Utilizes AI tools in their professional tasks.
