• Collaborate closely with the CSTO to propel strategic and operational priorities within GE Vernova Electrification businesses and support GE Vernova corporate functions.
• Develop and oversee an efficient operating cadence within the CSTO organization, which includes KPI evaluations, operational reviews, strategic planning cycles, and Hoshin Kanri execution.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness by improving information flow, decision support, prioritization, and follow-up across essential workstreams.
• Become the AI advocate for the team, setting an example by utilizing AI to enhance capabilities in our activities.
• Function as an operations integrator, connecting various teams across supply chain, quality, engineering, and business leadership to ensure alignment of priorities and achievement of outcomes.
• Assist in the implementation of lean principles, standard work, continuous improvement, and productivity tools to fortify execution discipline and operational consistency.
• Aid in budget planning and financial tracking within the CSTO organization, ensuring that strategic priorities align with resource allocation, effectively monitoring spending, and delivering operational commitments within the planned framework.
• Foster visibility and accountability regarding CSTO priorities, assisting teams in translating goals into tangible actions and outcomes.
• Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance, eliminating obstacles, and accelerating transformation, particularly focusing on Data Center Power to Rack & Grid/Power stability and flexibility.
• Assist in creating scalable, repeatable workflows that enhance collaboration, simplify complexity, and enable stronger execution throughout the enterprise.
• Prepare materials for meetings attended by the CSTO, including board materials, operational review content, talking points, customer profiles, and external communication support.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal and external content and supporting materials utilized by the team for engaging with institutions, policymakers, customers, and the press on strategic matters.
• Act as an extension of the CSTO when suitable, helping to advance priorities, cultivate relationships, and maintain momentum on vital initiatives.
• A Master's degree from an accredited university or business/engineering school.
• Extensive experience in operations, lean methodologies, manufacturing, engineering operations, or cross-functional business leadership.
• Previous experience as a Chief of Staff is a valuable asset.
• A proven history of achieving results within complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience in establishing or managing operating rhythms, governance processes, operational reviews, and performance management routines.
• A strong operational mindset with the capability to identify issues, resolve complex challenges, manage competing priorities, and drive disciplined execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence across various functions, levels, and cultures.
• A high level of integrity, sound judgment, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Demonstrated capability to structure ambiguity and progress initiatives from concept to execution.
• Ability to implement and reinforce the GE Vernova Way principles, promoting a culture of safety, respect, empowerment, transparency, and continuous improvement within the CSTO organization and in cross-functional interactions.
