• Strategic proxy: Engage in senior-level meetings; foster alignment among the leadership team and ensure follow-through on essential decisions.

• Special projects: Spearhead critical, cross-functional initiatives that currently lack a designated home.

• CEO throughput: Alleviate the CEO’s cognitive load by prioritizing tasks, preparing for significant engagements, and ensuring their time is allocated to the most impactful activities.

• The Process Optimizer (AI & Automation)

• Identify bottlenecks: Conduct audits in each department to reveal manual bottlenecks, particularly at the intersections between teams.

• AI-agent implementation: Where feasible, substitute identified bottlenecks with autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mindset: A systems thinker who perceives the organization as a collection of interconnected loops that can be perpetually tuned and enhanced.

• Toolkit: Proficient with AI orchestration frameworks and automation tools. While you don’t have to be a full-stack developer, you must be capable of designing logic flows and comprehending API integrations.

• Experience & education: Over 5 years in high-growth settings (consulting, VC, tech operations) with a foundation in systems engineering, management science, or an MBA paired with a technical bachelor’s degree.

• EQ: Outstanding interpersonal abilities, high energy, low ego, and an unwavering commitment to incremental ("1%") improvements.
