📋 Description

• Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor and implement strategies across all business sectors.

• Oversee high-impact initiatives from initial concept through to execution across various business divisions.

• Create presentations, reports, and briefing documents while monitoring KPIs and aggregating performance updates.

• Perform market, competitor, and investor analysis to uncover growth opportunities and aid in strategic decision-making.

• Assist in fundraising efforts by developing pitch materials, coordinating investor outreach, and maintaining relationships with partners.

• Optimize workflows, enhance operational processes, and manage large-scale recruitment with the assistance of AI.

• Serve as a collaborative partner for the founder in prioritizing and implementing strategic initiatives across different business domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or another highly analytical discipline from a top-tier global university.

• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated, impactful professional experience with elite management consulting firms, leading investment banks, Big Tech companies, top-tier private equity or venture capital funds, or as an early team member at venture-backed, rapidly growing startups.

• Outstanding analytical and communication abilities, with a history of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence executive-level decision-making.

• Highly self-sufficient: you excel with minimal supervision and can independently manage and deliver multiple strategic projects under tight timelines.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with C-level executives to achieve measurable impact in scaling and strategic initiatives.

• Comfortable and effective in high-pressure, performance-centric environments, consistently exceeding expectations.

• Regularly described by peers as unwaveringly diligent, fiercely ambitious, and tenaciously persistent.
