• Excellent communication skills: You convey information clearly and persuasively through written communication, presentations, and face-to-face interactions. You adapt your communication style to suit various audiences, from C-level executives to operational teams.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude: You do not wait for direction. You identify necessary actions, take initiative, and drive projects forward with enthusiasm and ownership.
• Collaborative leadership approach: You influence through collaboration rather than authority. You quickly build trust, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and unite people around common objectives.
• Experience in financial services: Initial experience in the financial services sector, particularly with knowledge of consumer lending, is advantageous.
