Chief of Staff

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the product roadmap and platform initiatives, ensuring coherence across teams and stakeholders.

• Facilitate collaboration among Product, Engineering, Platform, and other internal departments to guarantee the seamless delivery of initiatives.

• Ensure visibility into product initiatives, timelines, dependencies, and risks, keeping teams aligned and well-informed.

• Monitor the progress of essential product and platform projects, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are achieved.

• Coordinate team operating rhythms, which include planning sessions, sprint reviews, and tracking of initiatives.

• Aid in organizing and prioritizing workstreams to enhance efficient product delivery and execution.

• Observe and evaluate product and operational performance metrics to support informed, data-driven decision-making.

• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to monitor the progress, performance, and impact of product initiatives.

• Spot opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and operational efficiency within the product organization.

• Identify operational shortcomings or inefficiencies and assist in implementing scalable processes and best practices for product operations.

• Enhance documentation, workflows, and collaboration practices to boost team efficiency and transparency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a comparable role.

• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities, with a background in coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Robust analytical and data-driven approach, with experience in dealing with product or operational metrics.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Capability to operate effectively in dynamic, product-oriented environments.

• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in technology firms.

• Understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, sprint planning, roadmap management).

• Experience in developing dashboards, reporting frameworks, or operational metrics.

• Passion for enhancing product delivery processes and operational efficiency.
