📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with a serial entrepreneur managing a portfolio of dynamic companies.

• Initiate and enhance Meta advertising campaigns for Volley. Experiment with 5 new creative strategies, eliminate the underperformers, and amplify the successful ones.

• Vibe-code a new onboarding interface in Cursor or create a landing page variation in Lovable for A/B testing.

• Identify and conduct cold outreach to 20 senior sales candidates on LinkedIn for a portfolio company. Compose the outreach messages personally.

• Assess data quality on Verify Influencers, perform spot-checks on 100 profiles, flag discrepancies, and create a Loom video for the team.

• Analyze a sales call recording, extract 3 objection patterns, and draft new rebuttal scripts.

• In essence: if it contributes to business progress and I lack the time to handle it myself, it will be your responsibility. You will engage in growth, product development, hiring, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• AI-native. You don’t merely “use ChatGPT”; you create with Cursor, Lovable, v0, Claude, or whichever tool delivers results swiftly. You have insights on which tool suits which task.

• Capable of vibe-coding. You have experience building landing pages, simple applications, or MVPs. You don't need to be a complete engineer, but you can read code, deliver features, and troubleshoot with AI support.

• Proficient in paid advertising. You have personally managed Meta (or TikTok / Google) ads, not just followed discussions about them. You comprehend angles, hooks, CTR, and CAC.

• Exceptionally quick learner. The specific tasks will vary each week. Your role is to be the individual who swiftly adapts to new challenges.

• Action-oriented. You prefer to deliver something rough today rather than a perfect solution next week.

• Excellent judgment. You know when to do it yourself, when to delegate, and when to seek assistance. High trust and low drama are essential. I’ll be in communication with you daily. We need to connect well.
