• Take ownership of critical go-to-market initiatives across Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
• Recognize inefficiencies within our sales funnels and create data-informed solutions.
• Act as a liaison between Commercial teams and Product/Tech to eliminate barriers.
• Assist the founding team and the CRO by managing operational tasks in daily operations.
• 2–3+ years of professional experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategic position within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong affinity for B2B software metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
• Experience in go-to-market strategy, Sales Excellence, or pricing strategies.
• Expertise in financial/commercial modeling and the capability to convert complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Native-level proficiency in German and excellent command of English.
