This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly report to CEO Paul and collaborate with him as a product-oriented operator and strategist.
• Introduce rigor to operational layers and steer a metrics-driven product strategy.
• Enhance business operations through the implementation of AI technologies.
• Take ownership of high-impact special projects with delegated authority.
• Manage the product operating system, ensuring structure and rigor in product execution.
• Foster accountability across scope, specifications, and metrics owned by the PM.
• Collaborate with the CEO, product managers, and Head of Data to pinpoint product and industry growth opportunities.
• Develop a quantitative framework for product growth and guide the company towards impactful initiatives.
• Establish a reliable source of truth for company metrics in partnership with functional leaders.
• Create systems to monitor company progress and discover methods to expedite it using AI.
• Participate in leadership meetings, suggest agendas, facilitate discussions, and ensure execution.
• Prioritize roadmaps, escalations, and requests before they are presented to the CEO.
• Maintain momentum on company priorities and manage team meeting and roadmap documentation.
• Assist in the development of Clubhouse, a social product aimed at fostering meaningful voice-based connections.
• 7–10+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, product operations, BizOps, consulting, or other high-accountability operational or strategic positions.
• Experience functioning within a product organization.
• Knowledge of the processes involved in scoping, building, measuring, and shipping products.
• Capability to differentiate between complete and incomplete specifications.
• Experience in consumer/social products is a significant advantage.
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, including the ability to pressure-test metric definitions and validate calculations.
• Competence to operate strategically and take a hands-on approach at various levels of detail.
• Proficiency in building dashboards, complex roadmaps, and operating systems from the ground up.
• Ability to independently produce high-quality finished work without relying on templates.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to accurately convey a leader’s voice and vision.
• Proficient in managing Slack and inbox communications effectively.
• Skillful in navigating diverse personalities and establishing strong relationships throughout the organization.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
